We currently ship to customers in the United States including Hawaii, Alaska, and Guam.
We ship mainly by UPS Ground Services and/or USPS Priority Mail, which may take in average 3 business days to arrive, depending on how far it is from our headquarters in Atlanta to your address.
We ship restaurant food mainly during falls - winter season, weather permitted. This to ensure and maintain quality of the food. There will be handling & packaging fee $1.5 per menu for shipping restaurant food. Overnight shipment recommended or minimum Expedited shipping required. Priority Mail packages generally take two to three days to arrive; this expedited shipping is necessary so the frozen foods won’t be out of the cold for too long. If you are away from your home during the day when deliveries are made, please provide your work address so that frozen foods do not end up exposed to the heat from the sun.
If order consists both restaurant/frozen foods and grocery product, we may split the order and ship the grocery product separately to cut down overall shipping cost.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
